Writing a Poetry. Is it easy?

For me I always felt it was easy to write poetry.  Many times I would write my thoughts out on paper and draw pictures that went with it.

Than I went to bed dreaming that particular thoughts of the poetry.  Check out this dream journal I recently wrote which you can find on Amazon.

Have you ever thought of being a writer? Need a Mentor!

You are a WRITER!

When I first started writing it was for me.  Then I wanted others to see what I was doing and I wanted to make a living doing what I loved to do.

Do you know the percent of people who really do finish their first book?

You will be shock!  1%  YES ONE PERCENT.  When I heard this I was shock.  I kept writing the first book that I did was a children poetry book and a children’s story book.  I published it on LULU.  Okay it did sell some copies but was not going to get rich there.  Than a friend suggested Kindle Amazon.

I went to YOUTUBE search for how to, got a Mentor (I did but that was a costly mistake because so many are scam artist.) and than I finally got a young man who was already making money in the market and was more interested in helping others.

I have learn so many new techniques and as a result.  I can now pass on that same knowledge to others.  My fee is a one time fee and I work with you on SKYPE and our goal is to teach you the process of doing that first eBook and Paperback book.  If you need further help in the future I am there to work with you.

Dr. Seuss, Shel Silverstein, Jack Prelutsky and recently Kenn Nesbitt were my heros as I grew up. I would read their books and practice drawing and writing the words with the rhythm and poetry.  I am humble by people who says my poetry reminds them of my heros.  So jump in the world of Gary Wittmann, a professional Storyteller for 20 years, Award winning recording Artist, puppeteer, poet, and author. WHAT OTHERS SAYS ABOUT THE BOOk:

I got this book for my nephew and to my surprise he really liked it (11 year old boys can be difficult to buy for). The book is a collection of poems for all ages, there’s something for everyone. I personally liked the “America” poem, very touching. So I suggested my nephew submit it to his history teacher, as she is always interested in new venues to broaden the children’s understanding of American culture. His teacher and class loved it! The author did a beautiful job with capturing the American Pride on that one. I enjoyed the humor, heart and love the author put into this book.

Affiliate Marketing Tips From Very Experienced People

Affiliate marketing is a way to do a revenue-sharing venture between websites and/or other merchants. The website owner puts advertisements on the their site to promote sales for the other merchants and can send interested customers to that website. This article can help explain all of the ways that affiliate marketing can work for you.

Define your goals before you start working if you want to achieve the best results. This is something all business owners have to do, and it doesn’t change simply because your business operates online. Take your time and write down your goals and overall mission. Having something solid to aspire to will help you reach your destination.

Be honest about who is in your affiliate program. If the readers suspect something amiss, they may just bypass you and go directly to that vendor’s site. Doing this means that you will not get paid for a sale. You need to prevent that. Build a loyal fan base through trust and honesty.

To increase the success of your affiliate marketing, make certain that the company you are advertising has a good reputation. Doing business with a disreputable company can be detrimental to you in two ways: you may be forced to wait for large amounts of time to get your money, and your customers trust in you will diminish.

Secret links could be a tool worthy of consideration. You can place your affiliate links in your website in a subtle and inoffensive way. Use these, but be honest about them. Inform your visitors where these links lead to so that your visitors will not be caught off-guard.

To assure your affiliating marketing is effective, check your results regularly. Pay attention to when and why you saw better or worse results for your link. If a link is getting good click-through, but not resulting in sales, you may want to do more to promote the product. If a link isn’t getting clicked, try changing the placement of the link.

To maximum your affiliate marketing profits, work with a variety of retailers who sell similar products. You should aim to promote anywhere from 3 to 4 different retailers on your site. This gives you data on how affiliates compare to each other, and also gives your readers options. Try rotating the merchants you work with to find out which ones are best for you.

Choose products that will be useful and relevant for a good amount of time into the future, especially if you are using a blog as your selling tool. The longer shelf life a product has to be sold means the longer you can make money from the work you have already done. Spending time to promote a product that will be out of date within a few months is a waste of your efforts. By using MTTB you don’t have to deal with the products at your home. They take care of the business thus automated affiliate program with a higher cost.

As previously stated, affiliate marketing can open doors between merchants and can help them to refer potential customers. By using the techniques in the article, you can increase traffic to your website and also make money for sending customers the other merchant’s way. It is a win-win situation for both merchants. MTTB is a win win for you because the amount of time that you spend on some affiliate program earned you a couple of 100’s dollars where MTTB can earn you 10,000’s dollars for the same amount of time. Creating Birthday Memory For Your Child or Grandchild.

One of the best thing that you can give your child or grandchild is your time.  If you are far away, you still can produce something that child will love forever. I remember singing song and writing notes and keeping each child treasure of notes and keepsakes.   So many times, the parent treasure them because of the memory but the child has no need of them when you ask.  My advice is to hold on to them because one day they will see the importance.

How to Tell Your Family You’re Pregnant !!!

How to Tell Your Family You’re Pregnant

My daughter came to my house with a present.  She and her husband said, “Dad, you need to unwrap it. ”   As I did, “It was a children’s book with a note saying ‘Dad. We are pregnant.'”

She told me she couldn’t find any books that said, “Your going to be a Grandparent”.

This got me thinking and I ended up writing seven books in this series.

Your Going To Be a Grandparent”  E Book and Paperback Book

“Your Going to be a  Grandma and it’s a Boy”

Your Going to be a Grandma and it’s a Girl”  E Book

Your Going to be a Grandpa and it’s a Boy”  E Book

“Your Going to be a Grandpa and it’s a Girl”

“It Grandparent’s Day at School”–usually celebrated in September.

Dr. Seuss Birthday, March 2, Dr. Seuss Made Me Do It!! Children Poetry Gary Wittmann

My family grew up poor but we are a creative family.  I remember dad being great with his hands in working with wood. My mother did tatting stationery and my brother and sister help draw the leaves on the stationery.

When my brother and I were in middle school, my parents bought us a guitar.  My brother picks it up and played awesome.  I wrote the words to the songs.

My sister is a professional artist who could draw anything.

For myself, I remember in kindergarten drawing a whale and winning a prize.  In the eighth grade I was the art director for our school newspaper.  I continue to write words in poems and draw pictures all my life.

I grew up listening to Dr. Seuss, Shel Silverstein, Jack Prelutsky and recently Kenn Nesbit.  I was able to past these great poets on to my kids and students in school.

In the early 70’s I had the chance to get 9 personally autograph books from Dr. Seuss.  I treasure them today.  I have a collection of Dr. Seuss and Shel Silverstein books which I would read and get the rhythm of the words and the pictures in my head.

I would brainstorm the words until an idea would start forming in my head for a poem.  Then I would draw the pictures over and over getting them just right.

At the age of 20, one of my goals in life was to write a book.  It took me 30 years to realize that dream in the first poetry book called Up The Tree House.

I am still working on the second book will be coming out soon.

I felt this book “Dr. Seuss Made Me Do It”  inspired me to take the collection of both books.

I am humble when people tell me these poems remind them of Shel Silverstein or Dr. Seuss.  I feel the purpose was to make people see the fun in words and pictures. To touch their youth one more time—I hope you do.

This book is filled with poems which I found ok, but to be fair poetry is not my thing. However, the illustrations in the book which co in-sided with the story line and poems had me laughing out loud.
