Halloween Dinner

Ghost, Goblins and Spooky things
marching down the street in twos.
Creates the atmosphere that
something wrong on First Avenue.

The creatures walking by
lick their lips and stare as we meet.
I have cold chills that run down my spine.
They say‚“Trick or eat.”

One of the creatures ran up to me
Said to me‚“You smell so sweet.‚”
He look me in the eyes and
Said, “Trick or Treat, Smell my Feet.”

On First Avenue, something wrong
To frighten away the Ghosts,
I have to sing a long, long song.
So that I am not their French toast.
