What really happens when students hear a story? Why is it such a powerful tool for teachers? Storytellers have long known that stories can play an important part in the classroom, but never had any research to back up the claim. The following are some words from the late storyteller, Chuck Larkin and references for further reading that comes to the same conclusion - story is good for the brain!!
